“输出驱动,输入促成”假设视角下的初中英语教学行动研究

【摘要】:基础英语教育旨在发展学生的综合语言能力,目前也取得了很大的进步。然而,在一些教育欠发达地区,如在云南省偏远地区的中学,英语教学依然面临着费时低效的困境。其中一个重要的原因在于,在一定程度上英语语言输入与输出活动被人为剥离,导致语言活动间缺乏目的性和趣味性的联系。根据文秋芳提出的“输出驱动,输入促成”理论,本文提出的一项新的教学模式,即“预输入-尝试输出-输入-输出”,并在课堂教学中开展了为期一个学期的行动研究,旨在整合语言输入和输出活动,提升教学效能。本研究选择54位八年级学生作为研究对象,该班学生来自云南省偏远地区的一所中学。为了开展研究和采集数据,本研究采用了个案研究、问卷调查、访谈、教学日志、任务测试等方法。研究结果显示,在英语教学过程中,这个教学模式,辅以一系列的优化手段,是具有较高可行性的。同时,它也促进了学生的英语学习,特别是说和写的语言产出性能力。另外,本项研究结果也显示,学生对于英语学习的态度和认识也有了积极的转变,学生的学习积极性和整合语言输入和输出活动的意识得到了一定程度的提升。
[Abstract]:Basic English education aims to develop students' comprehensive language ability and has made great progress. However, in some underdeveloped areas, such as middle schools in remote areas of Yunnan Province, English teaching is still faced with time-consuming and inefficient difficulties. One of the important reasons is that, to a certain extent, English language input and output activities are artificially separated, which leads to the lack of purposeful and interesting connection between language activities. According to Wen Qiufang's theory of "output drive, input promotion", a new teaching model, "pre-input-try output-input-output", has been put forward in this paper, and an action study has been carried out for one semester in classroom teaching. The aim is to integrate input and output activities and improve teaching effectiveness. In this study, 54 grade 8 students from a middle school in a remote area of Yunnan Province were selected. In order to carry out the research and collect data, this study adopts the methods of case study, questionnaire survey, interview, teaching log, task test and so on. The results show that this teaching model, supplemented by a series of optimization methods, is highly feasible in the process of English teaching. At the same time, it also promotes students' English learning, especially the productive ability of speaking and writing. In addition, the results of this study also show that there has been a positive change in students' attitude and understanding towards English learning, and their enthusiasm for learning and their awareness of integrating language input and output activities have been improved to a certain extent.
