川东北天然气项目陪同口译报告

【摘要】：随着改革开放的不断深化,中国主动参与国际分工,顺应经济全球化趋势。中国的投资环境和市场运行环境日益改善,吸引了越来越多的投资。国内有若干大型工程项目采取了与国外合作的方式,国际合作项目将越来越多。与此同时,社会对项目口译人员的需求也日益上涨。本次实践报告陈述了作者在中外合资的川东北天然气项目进行陪同口译的实践经验,理论结合实践以分析陪同口译,尤其是工程项目陪同口译的技巧和规律,目的是为从事陪同口译工作的译员提供经验和参考。所有的案例分析皆收集自作者的实践经验并借鉴了前人的研究经验。本次实践活动主要包括项目工程师对承包商的设计、调试及操作工作提供技术指导。实践报告主要介绍了项目概况与特征以及对项目口译人员的要求。强调了做好译前准备的重要性。概括了口译实践中遇到的主要四大困难,包括专业背景知识的缺乏,文化差异,语言技能方面的难点,以及译员对自身角色认知不足。结合具体的案例分析了作者在口译过程中为应对难点及障碍所采取的四大措施,包括积累术语及专业知识,减少语言及文化障碍,运用增补、省略、重组等口译策略,同客户充分交流及非语言技巧的运用。并且大体上对整个口译项目进行反思并提出建议,进一步强调了口译人员在实践中不断提升自身素质和能力的重要性。本次报告总结出积累术语及专业知识,灵活运用翻译策略,巧妙应对文化差异等措施能有效提高项目陪同口译的质量和效果。从而阐明了项目陪同口译人员应具备的素质和能力。希望本次报告中总结的口译准备、难点及对策的内容能为相关领域的口译人员和研究人员提供具有价值的参考资料。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China actively participates in the international division of labor and conforms to the trend of economic globalization. China's investment environment and market operating environment are improving, attracting more and more investment. There are a number of large-scale projects in China and foreign cooperation, international cooperation projects will be more and more. At the same time, the social demand for project interpreters is also increasing. This practice report states the author's practical experience in accompanying interpretation in the Sino-foreign joint venture natural gas project in Northeast Sichuan, and combines theory with practice to analyze the skills and rules of accompanying interpretation, especially the accompanying interpretation of engineering projects. The purpose is to provide experience and reference for interpreters engaged in accompanying interpreters. All cases are collected from the author's practical experience and draw on previous research experience. This practical activity mainly includes the project engineer to provide the technical instruction to the contractor's design, commissioning and operation. The practice report mainly introduces the general situation and characteristics of the project and the requirements for project interpreters. The importance of preparing for translation is emphasized. This paper summarizes four major difficulties encountered in interpreting practice, including lack of professional background knowledge, cultural differences, difficulties in language skills, and lack of understanding of the role of interpreters. Combined with specific cases, this paper analyzes the four measures taken by the author to deal with the difficulties and obstacles in the process of interpreting, including the accumulation of terminology and professional knowledge, the reduction of language and cultural barriers, and the use of supplementary, ellipsis and reorganization strategies. Communicate fully with customers and use non-verbal skills. In addition, the author thinks about the whole interpretation project and puts forward some suggestions, which further emphasizes the importance of improving the quality and ability of interpreters in practice. The report concludes that the quality and effect of project accompanying interpretation can be improved effectively by accumulating terminology and professional knowledge, using translation strategies flexibly and skillfully coping with cultural differences. Thus, the quality and ability of the project escort interpreters should be clarified. It is hoped that the contents of interpretation preparation, difficulties and countermeasures summarized in this report can provide valuable reference materials for interpreters and researchers in related fields.
