C.S.路易斯《返璞归真》互文指涉汉译研究
[Abstract]:In the 1990s, the perspective of intertextuality began to be widely used in translation studies of various texts, but not in the translation studies of philosophical texts. Louis Christian classic, is also one of the representative works of Western philosophy. Since 2001, the book has been translated into more than 30 languages. In 1995, Yu Yilu, a Hong Kong scholar, translated it into Chinese for the first time. The greatest feature of this work is its relationship with the highly intertextual reference in the Bible. How to translate these intertextuals is the greatest challenge and difficulty for the translator. Therefore, this paper discusses how translators translate these intertextuals, how to realize the original author's intertextuality, and how to be faithful to the meaning of the original intertextuality. Under the guidance of HarTim and Mason's intertextuality translation theory, this paper uses qualitative analysis and descriptive research methods to identify the intertextuality of the book and to compare its Chinese translation with the original text. This paper discusses whether the meaning and purpose of the original intertextuality can be realized in the translation. It is found that the intertextuality refers to both explicit and recessive intertextuals, which are characterized by capitalization, hybridity, allusions, quotation and theme reproduction. Most of the time, the translation method of inserting a footnote into the translation achieves the purpose of the original author and maintains the meaning of the original text, but to some extent deviates from the purpose of the original author's intertextuality. The main reason is the translator's personal purpose and his knowledge system of Christianity which to some extent violates the principle of Intertextual purpose priority of HarTim and Mason and affects the realization of the original intention in the target culture. Based on this, this paper puts forward the translation principles, contextual reconstruction and cultural compensation of the original author's intention of intertextuality.
