寨卡病毒文章汉语翻译实践报告

【摘要】：近年来,人们对生命健康安全问题日益关注。有关研究日益增多。寨卡病毒在多国爆发,并有从美洲向全球蔓延之势。笔者将美国CDC网站中有关寨卡病毒的6篇英语文章翻译成汉语,并在此基础上撰写本实践报告,对具体翻译过程完成情况进行了剖析。本翻译实践报告主要由四部分组成,包括翻译任务描述、翻译过程描述、翻译案例分析和翻译实践总结。翻译任务描述部分包括翻译任务背景和任务性质等内容。翻译过程描述部分是对翻译任务具体完成过程情况的介绍。翻译案例分析部分对翻译实践所涉及的专有名词对应表达的确定、词语的理解和表达、长句处理等问题及翻译策略进行了剖析。专有名词有些有多种译名,有些难以找到对应的汉语译名。在词语的理解和表达方面,面对一词多义现象,难以做出有效选择;长句的难点在于存在畏难心理,难于把握一些句子的结构。实践总结部分对翻译实践中尚未解决的问题如翻译的效率比较低、搜索能力有待提高、缺乏相应背景知识等做出总结。本实践报告希望能够为有关翻译活动提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the problem of life, health and safety. There is an increasing number of studies. Zika virus outbreaks in many countries, and spread from the Americas to the global trend. On the basis of translating 6 English articles on Zika virus in CDC website into Chinese, the author writes this practical report and analyzes the completion of the translation process. This translation practice report consists of four parts, including translation task description, translation process description, translation case analysis and translation practice summary. The part of translation task description includes translation task background and task nature. The part of translation process description is an introduction to the completion of translation task. In the part of translation case analysis, some problems and translation strategies, such as the determination of proper noun corresponding expression, the understanding and expression of words and expressions, the treatment of long sentences and so on, are analyzed. Some proper nouns have a variety of translated names, some difficult to find corresponding Chinese translation names. In terms of understanding and expression of words, it is difficult to make effective choices in the face of polysemy, and the difficulty of long sentences lies in the existence of psychology of fear of difficulties and difficulty in grasping the structure of some sentences. In the part of practice summary, we summarize the unsolved problems in translation practice, such as the low efficiency of translation, the improvement of searching ability and the lack of relevant background knowledge. This practice report hopes to provide useful reference for translation activities.
