《人事行政管理手册》翻译实践报告

【摘要】:企业内部规章制度体现着一个企业的文化和价值观。虽然翻译研究领域越来越宽泛,研究体裁也具有多样性,然而国内翻译领域对于企业内部规章制度这类文体的翻译研究却是很少。本翻译任务节选自某公司《人事行政管理手册》前六章内容,文本体裁为规范性条例文件。该翻译实践的目的主要在于为该公司外籍员工提供英译版本,更好地了解公司内部管理文化。该翻译实践在“目的论”翻译理论指导下,遵循语内连贯法则,对在翻译实践过程中出现的各种问题和现象进行归纳,主要从译文的规范性和译文的可接受性两大方面来进行论述。在处理相关法律专用词、表格名称、证书名称翻译时,查阅相关文献资料、工具书,最大限度地做到译文的规范性;在处理中国文化特色专有名词翻译的过程中,运用省译、音译、加注、意译等翻译技巧,以源文本为出发点,准确传递原文意义的同时,使译文让接受者更好地理解和接受,并且在目的语文化以及译文的交际环境中有意义,实现译文的可接受性。此类文本的形式和内容在国内企业中具有一定代表性和普遍性。本翻译实践报告的目的和意义旨在于为日后该类文本的英译研究提供参考文献,同时能够对中国企业内部管理文化的传播起到一定积极作用。诚然,该翻译实践研究仍有许多不足和局限性。在此,真心希望得到相关专业人士的批评和指正。
[Abstract]:The internal rules and regulations of an enterprise embody the culture and values of an enterprise. Although the field of translation studies is becoming more and more broad and the research styles are also diverse, domestic translation studies on such styles as corporate internal rules and regulations are rarely carried out in the domestic translation field. This translation task is excerpted from the first six chapters of the personnel Administration Manual of a company. The main purpose of the translation practice is to provide the foreign employees with an English version and a better understanding of the company's internal management culture. Under the guidance of Skopos Theory, this translation practice follows the principle of intra-language coherence and sums up various problems and phenomena in the process of translation practice. Mainly from the normative translation and the acceptability of the two major aspects of the text to discuss. When dealing with the translation of the special words, form names and certificate names of the relevant laws, consult the relevant documents and reference books to maximize the standardization of the translation; In the process of dealing with the translation of proper nouns with Chinese cultural characteristics, the author uses translation techniques such as provincial translation, transliteration, annotation, free translation and so on, with the source text as the starting point to accurately transmit the original meaning at the same time, so that the target text can be better understood and accepted by the recipient. And it is meaningful in the target language culture and the communicative environment of the target text to realize the acceptability of the target text. The form and content of such text is representative and universal in domestic enterprises. The purpose and significance of this translation practice report is to provide references for the study of English translation of this kind of text in the future and to play a positive role in the dissemination of internal management culture in Chinese enterprises. It is true that there are still many deficiencies and limitations in the practical study of translation. Here, sincerely hope to get the relevant professional criticism and correction.
