非英语专业大学生二语交际意愿的实证研究

【摘要】：随着人们对英语学习者交际能力要求的日益重视,越来越多的目光聚集在二语交际意愿的研究上。国外学者关于交际意愿的研究非常丰富,然而国内关于这方面的研究还处于起步阶段。本项研究以McIntyreCharo(1996)的交际意愿模式和WenClement(2003)的交际意愿模式为理论基础,对天津工业大学非英语专业105名3个专业的大二学生展开定性和定量研究。研究工具包括课堂内外二语交际意愿调查问卷、访谈和课堂观察。本项研究着重探讨了非英语专业大学生课内外二语交际意愿总体情况,性别对非英语专业大学生二语课内外交际意愿的影响以及影响非英语专业大学生课内外二语交际的主要因素。研究结果显示:天津工业大学非英语专业大学生课堂内外交际意愿普遍偏低,男生高于女生,影响非英语专业大学生交际意愿的因素包括个人因素和社会因素。
[Abstract]:With the increasing attention paid to the communicative competence requirements of English learners, more and more attention has been paid to the study of second language communicative intention. The research on communicative will of foreign scholars is very rich, but the domestic research on this aspect is still in its infancy. Based on the communicative intention model of McIntyreCharo (1996) and WenClement (2003), a qualitative and quantitative study of non-English major sophomores in Tianjin Polytechnic University was conducted. The research tools include questionnaire, interview and classroom observation. This study focuses on the overall situation of non-English major college students' willingness to communicate in and out of class. The influence of gender on the communicative intention of non-English majors in and out of class and the main factors affecting the communication of non-English majors in and out of class. The results show that the communication intention of non-English majors in Tianjin University of Technology is generally low, and boys are higher than girls. The factors that affect the communicative intention of non-English majors include personal factors and social factors.
