长江经济带商务英语人才培养可雇佣性实证研究

【摘要】:可雇佣性技能的开发为长江经济带二本高校商务英语人才培养提供了新的研究视角.采用"大学生可雇佣性问卷"分析大学生可雇佣性现状,在访谈基础上,"自编调查问卷",从已毕业学生的视角探析可雇佣性技能培养中的不足.基于现状与不足,从雇主视角的可雇佣性、全程性、商务英语发展的异质性三个方面提出商务英语人才培养策略.
[Abstract]:The development of employment skills provides a new research perspective for the cultivation of business English talents in ordinary universities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The present situation of employability of college students is analyzed by using the questionnaire of employability of College students. On the basis of interviews, the questionnaire is designed to explore the shortcomings in the cultivation of employability skills from the perspective of graduated students. Based on the present situation and shortcomings, this paper puts forward the strategies of cultivating business English talents from three aspects: the employment from the perspective of employers, the whole process and the heterogeneity of the development of business English.
