目的论指导下哈纳斯液化天然气有限公司规章的翻译实践报告

　　本文是基于笔者在宁夏哈纳斯液化天然气有限公司实习期间的翻译实践撰写的翻译实践报告。原文有两篇,分别为“高处作业安全管理规定”和“消防安全管理制度”。本报告主要分析笔者在目的论指导下对企业规章制度的翻译处理。随着中国经济的不断发展,中国本土公司开始吸纳很多外籍员工。公司规章制度的翻译对于加强外籍员工的管理,促进企业有序运作起着重要作用。目的论指出翻译过程由译文所要达到的功能或者目的所决定。因此,为了有效地向目的语读者传递信息,使其在译入语内构建认知,笔者在翻译术语、歧义句、无主句、连动句以及长句的过程中,在目的原则和连贯原则的指导下,对原文进行了适当的增、删、切分、倒序等处理;在保持语际连贯且不影响译文理解的情况下依照忠实原则,尽量保留原文形式。在目的论的指导下,得以让目的语读者准确理解企业规章制度,达到有效管理外籍员工的目的。
