读后续写任务中注意强化对虚拟语气学习的影响

  语法是语言赖以形成和发展的要素,更是语言学习中不可忽视的重要环节。在英语语法学习中,虚拟语气一直是英语学习者语法学习的难点,甚至许多英语专业的学生对虚拟语气的用法都一知半解,因此在日常运用中往往采取回避的策略。虚拟语气的难点主要在于其意义和形式的分离、动词形式多变,学习者需掌握在不同句式中使用不同的动词(Celce-Muria&Larsen-Freeman 1999),这无疑加大了习得的难度。尽管学术界对虚拟语气的研究由来已久,但对虚拟语气的形式及分类尚未达成共识。本文参考何桂金(1997)的分类方法,主要考察其中最常用的三种形式,具体如下:1、一般式,以动词-ed形式为标识,表示说话者假设的非真实情况在说话或主句表示的时间的同时或之后发生;2、完成式,使用had加动词的-ed形式,表示说话者假设的非真实情况发生在说话或主句表示的时间之前;3、原形式,使用动词的原形形式,主要用于简单句和其它固定的结构。提及高效的英语教学方式,读后续写作为一种将读与写相结合的任务,能够有效地提高二语学习者的写作能力和语言水平(e.g.,Wang 2012,Wang and Wang 2015,J...
