新高考改革背景下高中生英语课外阅读现状研究

新高考改革更加重视英语阅读理解的重要性,这意味着对学生阅读能力的培养变得越来越重要。然而,仅仅把阅读集中于课堂教学已经不能满足新高考提出的要求。而英语课外阅读作为课堂教学的有效补充和延伸,被普遍认为是拓宽学生视野,提高学生英语水平的好方法。本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,以高中200名学生和10名教师为研究对象进行现状调查,对学生对课外阅读的态度,学生进行课外阅读的具体表现以及影响课外阅读的因素这三个问题进行探索研究。研究表明在新高考改革背景下,当前高中英语课外阅读的现状不容乐观。尽管半数以上的学生已经意识到课外阅读在扩大词汇量、增强语感、开阔视野以及增长知识等方面大有帮助,而对某些学生来讲,其阅读的实际目的是想通过课外阅读来提高高考的分数。此外,研究发现大部分学生没有接触课外阅读材料的良好途径,并且不知道如何使用阅读策略来帮助他们更好的阅读。而且大部分学生没有养成良好的阅读习惯,在阅读时不做笔记。整体来讲,学生在课外阅读中的表现并不尽如人意。而导致英语课外阅读的效果不佳的因素主要有:学生词汇量少、阅读时间有限、教师组织课外阅读的积极性不高、学校评价体系不合理等。整体来看,高中英语课外阅...
