《家庭暴力与刑事司法》（第十章）翻译实践报告

　　本翻译报告所选原文为刑事司法经验丰富的美国学者李·罗斯（Lee.E.Ross）的《家庭暴力与刑事司法》（Domestic Violence and Criminal Justice）一书中第三部分第十章“预防胜于治疗”（Prevention is Better than Cure）。原文从公共健康视角讲述了如何回应、对待、预防家庭暴力,描述了应对家庭暴力每一阶段的方法。总的来说,预防包括一系列旨在减少健康威胁的干预活动。此外,作者还对导致家庭暴力的社会因素和社会条件重新做出了全面评价,也对教育作为应对家庭暴力的有效方法提供了个人见解。由于家庭暴力已蔓延至世界各个角落,成为一个全球现象,因此该文本具有一定的教育意义。彼得·纽马克认为,信息功能型文本翻译的重点在译语,即译语是否如实并流畅地传递原文的信息,而翻译方法则是在译语中取得与原语相对等的效果。因此,本报告采用纽马克的交际翻译理论为指导,并分析翻译实践中所遇到的难点。在专有名词的翻译上采取音译、直译以及音译与直译相结合的方法。在长难句的翻译上,采用逆序、分译和增译的翻译技巧。最后,报告总结了翻译实践中收获的经验和不足之处。
