高中新手英语教师焦虑来源研究

研究背景与意义:焦虑作为一个情感因素与外语教学有着紧密的联系。教师的焦虑,不仅影响着他们自身的身心健康,且可能影响着其学生的学习状况。然而,在已有文献中,对高中新手英语教师的焦虑情况研究较少。另外,研究焦虑的来源能够为教师的专业发展提供帮助,特别是对于新手教师而言,适应新环境与新身份很可能使他们的焦虑程度增加。对新手英语教师的焦虑来源进行研究,能够为职前教师教育给予启发。研究内容与方法:本研究采用个案研究法,运用调查问卷、焦点小组讨论和半结构化访谈等研究工具,探索三位广东省高中新手英语教师的焦虑来源。研究问题与结果:本研究具体有两个研究子问题。第一个为高中新手英语教师的焦虑来源有哪些。研究结果显示,高中新手英语教师的焦虑来源主要有四个种类,包括专业发展因素、身份因素、制度因素与资源因素。第二个研究问题为这些焦虑来源是如何互相联系从而形成一个结构。研究表明,高中新手英语教师的焦虑来源可由内部和外部因素构成,内部因素与教师自身有关,是教师作为教学主体所产生的各种焦虑因素,而外部因素则与环境有关,是相对于教师主体而言的客观存在因素。内部因素可进一步分为专业发展因素和专业身份因素。专业发展因素...
