初中英语教师课堂评价素养调查研究

《义务教育英语课程标准》(2022版)强调教学评价应贯穿英语课程教与学的全过程,评价是及时监控教学过程和教学效果的重要手段。同时,随着新一轮课程改革,不仅对课程和教学提出了新的要求,而且对评价也有了更高的要求,教师作为课堂评价活动的设计者和操作者被赋予了更多的责任和期待。因此,初中英语教师提升课堂评价素养,既是顺应课程改革的要求,适应评价范式的转变,也是教师实现自我专业发展的内在需求。目前关于教师群体课堂评价素养的研究虽有不少,但针对英语学科初中学段的教师课堂评价素养研究相对匮乏。本研究以山西省太原市六所初中135名不同年级的英语教师为研究对象,并对其中的7位英语教师进行了访谈,采用了问卷和访谈两种研究工具,通过SPSS26.0对收集到的数据进行归纳与分析,回答了以下研究问题:1.初中英语教师课堂评价素养总体现状如何?2.初中英语教师课堂评价素养各维度之间的关系如何?3.哪些因素可能影响初中英语教师课堂评价素养?研究结果显示:1.初中英语教师的课堂评价素养整体处于平均水平,课堂评价经历较为丰富,课堂评价态度较为积极,但在一定程度上欠缺课堂评价知识和技能。2.通过皮尔逊相关性分析表明,初...
