　　随着中国从民航大国向民航强国不断迈进,其民航管理体系的构建与完善也需要不断借鉴国外先进管理经验。民航翻译工作者在此过程中扮演着搭桥铺路的角色,其对于民航文本翻译的研究,也有助于推动中国民航发展壮大、实现民航强国目标。本报告是笔者在翻译飞行标准信息管理系统(Flight Standards Information Management System)Order 8900.1第6卷第11章第23、24节《安全保证系统:运营人油箱系统和电气线路互联系统》后,对整个翻译过程及翻译方法进行的描述和总结。原文文本是美国联邦航空管理局发布的规范性文件,规定了运营人在实施油箱系统和电气线路互联系统评估、检查和监督时的特殊运行程序和操作指南。针对原文文本在汉译过程中容易出现信息冗余、语义不明、逻辑不清等现象,本报告结合释意理论中理解、脱离原语语言外壳、再表达的三角模型,通过运用简化、解释、逻辑处理和认知补充对翻译策略进行梳理分析,探究如何在语言简洁、正式和专业的基础上,忠实、完整、准确地传递原文信息。通过此次翻译实践,译者在一定程度上强化了对此类文本的认知、分析和翻译能力,也希望为广大翻译工作者研究民航...
