目的论视角下《黄梅戏史话》翻译实践报告

　　随着中国文化“走出去”战略方向的确立,文化贸易活动的丰富发展,以戏曲为代表的中国传统艺术的输出被赋予了更多的意义。黄梅戏作为中国五大戏曲剧种之一,已列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,它的对外传播承载着历史社会赋予的重任。如何才能翻译出高质量的黄梅戏材料也成为了翻译工作者关注和研究的课题。本文是一篇基于《黄梅戏史话》第一章“黄梅戏的发展历史”英译的翻译实践报告。本翻译项目旨在让黄梅戏文化得以发扬、传播,让世界上更多的读者了解黄梅戏及其发展状况,为中国传统戏曲文化的传播贡献自己的一份力量。报告在对翻译项目、翻译过程和目的论做出介绍之后,重点分析了戏曲术语,戏名,中国特色文化表达和长难句的翻译。对于表示曲调起源地、行业和情景的戏曲术语,采用直译的方法,对于不可译的特色民间艺术的戏曲术语,采用音译加注的方法,而对于具有文化含义且无法直译的术语采用意译的方法;在翻译戏剧名称时,对于直接体现剧情的剧名采用直译的方法,体现主角的剧名采用音译的方法,剧情复杂且无法直译的剧名采用意译的方法;在翻译中国特色文化表达时,对于直译即可诠释清楚的表达,采用直译的方法;对于皇帝年号的翻译采用音译加注的方式,对于...
