《用于移动和独立VR的虚幻引擎》翻译实践报告

　　本翻译项目旨在通过翻译国外虚拟现实和虚幻引擎领域的资料,为国内研究提供借鉴,并通过翻译报告总结翻译经验,为以后类似文本的翻译提供有效经验。本翻译实践报告原文选自《用于移动和独立VR的虚幻引擎》,该书介绍了VR产业、VR产品生产方式和虚幻引擎等内容。笔者以尤金·奈达的功能对等理论作为翻译指导理论,通过对原文和译文的分析来探讨科技文本的翻译方法。报告介绍了翻译项目、翻译过程和功能对等理论,并结合案例从词汇、句法和篇章三个方面进行分析,如何利用各种翻译方法实现功能对等。经过分析笔者发现,原文在词汇层面大量使用计算机领域的专业术语和含有特定意义的普通词语;在句法层面多使用被动句和长句;在篇章层面文本顺畅连贯。因此笔者在翻译时,对于词语翻译运用了词性转换和词义引申等方法,对于句子翻译采用了顺译法、逆译法和分译法等方法,对于篇章翻译,则重点关注了翻译文本的衔接与连贯,结合英汉语言差异,通过词汇衔接和语法衔接实现篇章的对等。笔者在报告的最后总结了研究心得,提出了报告的不足之处与展望和建议,希望能对类似的科技文本翻译有所启示。
