变译理论视角下中非关系国际舆情翻译报告

　　在全球信息化的时代,媒体报道对国际环境的影响越来越大,尤其是一些具有国际影响力的主流媒体,它们的新闻报道会传播事件,影响舆论导向和国际机构的行为方式。因此,把握好国际舆情显得至关重要,由此国际舆情监测成为了一个新兴领域,其中国际舆情编译成为核心工作和重要技能,从BBC舆情监测服务的自我描述可见一斑。翻译的实践往往超越翻译理论的发展,因此我们需要持续关注实践(Pym2009:96)。本报告聚焦于近年来在我国兴起的国际舆情编译,选取国外媒体2018年对中非关系的报道作为编译素材。本次编译实践中,笔者首先阅读了不同国外媒体机构对有关中非关系的报道,然后选取了几家具有代表性、影响力较大的媒体,筛选出其中有关中非关系的报道,根据编译实践总结了编译、增译、减译、译述等常用的编译策略。
