家庭文化资本与初中生英语成绩关系的调查研究

英语教育在中国的教育体系占有重要的地位。不论是从在课程标准中规定的教育年限和课时比例,还是从中考高考中英语成绩所占的比重而言,英语的重要地位不言而喻。家庭作为孩子生活的主要场所之一,对孩子的学习成绩也有着重要的影响。自上世纪以来,越来越多的学者致力于研究影响学生学习成绩的家庭因素。本文以布迪厄提出的家庭文化资本作为理论支撑,探究家庭文化资本和它的主体化(性情和行为),客体化(文化产品),制度化文化资本(学历)及其内在因素(家庭文化氛围、亲子交流、教育期望、家庭文化产品拥有量,课外英语学习方式,课外活动参与以及家长教育背景)对于初中学生英语学习成绩的影响。以期为家庭和学校教育提供合理化的建议,从而缩小因家庭文化资本的不同而导致学生学习英语成绩差距的现象。本研究的研究问题如下:1.不同英语成绩的学生的家庭文化资本之间是否存在显著差异?2.三种形式的家庭文化资本与英语成绩之间是否均存在相关性?3.家庭文化资本的八个内在要素,哪一个对学生的学业英语成绩最具预测作用?本研究的对象是来自江西省某县一所中学八年级三个班的135名学生。本研究主要采用问卷调查法和半结构式访谈法进行定量和定性分析。数据采...
