初中英语教师阅读教学信念和行为关系的研究

教师信念作为教学行为的驱动力对教学行为产生重要影响,初中英语阅读教学是英语教学的重要组成部分。关于初中英语教师阅读教学信念与行为关系的研究非常有限。因此,调查初中英语教师阅读教学信念和行为的关系具有重要意义。本研究调查了西安市初中英语教师阅读教学信念和教学行为的现状,分析了初中英语教师的教学信念和教学行为的关系。面向西安市6所学校的93名英语教师发放调查问卷,随后对自愿参与的6名教师进行访谈。来自问卷的数据采用SPSS20.0进行分析,访谈数据将用来作定性分析。研究结果表明,西安市初中英语教师的阅读教学信念更加倾向于元认知策略方法,其次是全语言方法,最后是技能方法。初中英语教师阅读课上的教学行为与教师信念有一致的倾向。教师阅读教学信念与行为存在一定程度的一致性,但也存在显著的差异。一方面,教师信念虽然是内隐的,但确实影响了教师的教学行为;同时,有效的教学实践也能促进教学信念的转变;另一方面,教学常受到多种因素的影响,从而导致一些信念没有在教学中得以实践。以上结论对初中英语教师的启示是:教师应充分认识到自己的阅读教学信念,时刻更新阅读教学理论和方法,关注并经常反思自身的教学行为。教师还需...
