《“一带一路”建设进展第三方评估报告（2013-2018）》（节选）英译实践报告

　　《“一带一路”建设进展第三方评估报告》首次科学地评估了“一带一路”建设取得的进展,对推动“一带一路”走实走深具有重要意义。鉴于该书是关于“一带一路”发展最新、最全面的研究,且尚无翻译,译者选取第一章作为翻译材料,旨在通过这次翻译实践,提升自身翻译能力的同时,为“一带一路”的宣传做出自己的贡献,也为外宣文本翻译提供一定的借鉴。本研究所选择的文本以传递“一带一路”发展的信息为主要目的,因此,译者在文本类型理论的指导下,结合信息型文本的特点,对翻译难点进行分析并提出解决方案。在翻译过程中,译者通过对原文本中高频词汇、无主句、复杂的句子以及语篇衔接等语言难点的分析,提出了相应的翻译策略和方法以解决这些难点。本翻译实践报告主要有以下三点发现:在词汇层面上,可以通过直译、意译、省译等翻译方法对高频词汇进行翻译;在句子层面上,可以通过增译主语、运用被动句和祈使句翻译无主句,采用拆分和结构调整翻译复杂句,增强译文的可读性;在语篇层面上,翻译时需要添加照应、连接等衔接手段实现译文语篇的连贯。
