官方简介中“新东方”企业形象的话语建构

本文语料主要来自于新东方教育科技集团官网,官方介绍分为九个模块:“关于新东方”、“发展历程”、“企业文化”、“管理团队”、“业务体系”、“旗下网站”、“社会责任”、“教育文化产业基金”和“投资者关系”,为使语料相对充分,模块“关于新东方”、“新东方发展历程”和“社会责任”的部分语料来源于新东方招聘网作为补充。本文将这些语料进行整理,从批评性语篇分析的视角切入,运用语篇历史方法和系统功能语法等研究方法,对官方简介进行分析,以期探究官网简介中新东方企业形象的话语建构。本文采用语篇历史方法中的话语策略(指称策略、谓语指示策略、辩论策略和强化/弱化策略)和系统功能语法中的及物性(物质过程和关系过程)等手段对官方简介的文本的话语策略和语法特征进行分析。通过具体分析和讨论,发现官方简介话语建构出新东方的多重形象:(1)新东方是永不停歇的前进者,自成立之日起,经历了一个快速的动态发展过程,这是通过官方简介中谓语指示策略下新东方的动作状态分析和及物性中物质过程下新东方动作状态变化的分析来实现的;(2)新东方是责任和人文关怀的载体,这是通过谓语指示策略中对新东方企业文化及其所提供服务的分析和辩论策略中“...
