概念整合理论视域下《高级英语》文本中的新奇隐喻研究

　　《高级英语》是英语专业高年级学生的一门必修课,主要用于培养英语专业学生英语语言的综合能力。对于高级英语学习者来说,充分领会《高级英语》中的篇章内涵有助于语言运用能力的进一步提高。然而,《高级英语》课文中俯拾即是的隐喻性表达,尤其是普遍存在的具有创新性、表现力的新奇隐喻在一定程度上阻碍了对文本的理解。为帮助英语专业高年级学生更好地理解其中的新奇隐喻,对新奇隐喻的意义建构过程进行分析至关重要。为全面有效地阐释新奇隐喻的建构过程,概念整合理论作为一种动态的在线语言处理机制帮助甚大。本研究采用张汉熙、王立礼2017年第三版《高级英语》两册课本中的文本作为语料,根据其中课文的不同语篇类型,将三十篇课文分为描述文、记述文、说明文和议论文四大类。此外,由于记叙文下包含较多语篇,为确保对《高级英语》课文中新奇隐喻阐释的充分性,将其进一步细分为小说、散文、专题故事和人物传记四种文体。本文从七种语篇类型中各筛选出一篇课文,利用隐喻甄别程序MIPVU配合学界对新奇隐喻的定义,对每篇课文中的新奇隐喻进行了提取,并在概念整合理论四个心智空间结构的框架下对其中的新奇隐喻构建过程进行了深入分析。希冀一方面帮助英语专...
