跨文化交际能力ESA教学模式在初中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

  随着国际化交往的频繁,跨文化交际也日益突显。随着教育部把学生的跨文化交际能力作为英语学科核心素养的一个方面的提出,文化教育在高中英语教学实践中也变得更重要。目前已有一些能够提高高中生跨文化交际能力的教学方法得到证实,而运用于初中英语课堂教学中的研究相对不足。本研究采用ESA(投入、学习、应用)教学模式,通过阅读教学提高初中生的跨文化交际能力,从而为中学英语文化教学提供参考。本研究将要回答以下两个问题:1.初中生跨文化交际能力的现状如何?2.ESA教学模式下,英语阅读教学能否提高初中生的跨文化交际能力(跨文化语言知识、跨文化意识和跨文化效力)?为了回答以上两个研究问题,笔者以鄂尔多斯达拉特旗第九中学初二年级100位学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查了初中学的跨文化交际能力的现状;以外研版英语教材(2013)为依据,一个班利用ESA教学模式,另一个班运用传统的教学模式进行了为期一学期共16周的在阅读教学中培养学生跨文化交际能力的教学实验。笔者通过定量和定性相结合的数据分析方法,比较了实验班和控制班实验前后跨文化交际能力的三个方面:跨文化语言知识,跨文化意识和跨文化效力。并且运用SPSS22.0分析...
