南京枢纽站点公共交通公示语汉英翻译调研报告

　　打造国际化都市,提供标准规范的公共标识信息,打造兼具中国和地方特色的语言文化景观,良好的语言环境必不可缺。公共交通场所作为了解城市的重要媒介,应首先确保公示语文本的英语使用达到标准化,符合国际及国家标准规范,以提高公共传播效果,增进国际交流与理解。本调研报告结合文献综述,在对南京市公共交通枢纽站点公示语实地调查的基础上,综合使用问卷调查、语料收集整理等方式,对南京枢纽站点公示语的英语使用现状进行了系统梳理和分析。通过整理、筛选上述站点的公示语语料,将公示语翻译错误分为五种类型(语言错误;文化误译;译法不一致;不符合标准规范;翻译缺失),同时参考相关标准提出修改建议,分析翻译错误原因,并提出改善公示语翻译质量的方案与对策。调研结果表明,南京枢纽站点公示语翻译质量总体上令人满意,但在某些场合仍存在不少问题。由此,如何更为有效地向乘客传达公示语信息这一问题急需解决。笔者认为,公示语翻译作为语言服务重要的组成部分,应与众包监督与反馈、复合型翻译人才培养、国际及国家标准推广执行等相结合,打造用户友好型语言服务环境。最后,针对公示语翻译流程断点多、衔接不畅等问题,尝试从产品角度出发,提出建立一站式多...
