STROOP测验在正常人和脑损伤患者应用结果的特征分析

【摘要】: 目的:(1)通过正常人群了解Stroop测验的结果是否存在年龄、性别和不同教育程度上的差异。(2)通过单纯额叶、颞叶和顶叶卒中的病人,了解Stroop测验结果是不是在额叶、颞叶和顶叶及左右半球存在差异。 方法:研究采用中文版STROOP测验和简易智能量表,数据处理采用spss13.0软件据包进行分析和处理,采用t检验、方差分析(ANOVA)和MANONA检验,取α=0.05,p<0.05。 结果:正常人Stroop测验结果在按照性别差异分组中,p>0.05,无统计学意义;按照年龄层次分组中,p<0.05,有统计学意义;按照教育程度分组中,p<0.05,有统计学意义。卒中的病人在按照左右半球损害分组中,p>0.05,无统计学意义;按照损害额叶、颞叶和顶叶分组中,p<0.05,有统计学意义。 结论:正常人群Stroop测验结果存在年龄和学历上的差异,不存在性别的差异。Stroop测验结果没有左右半球的差异,但是存在功能分区的差异,在额叶、颞叶和顶叶中,额叶的影响可能更大,但是不是唯一参与stroop测验的脑功能区。
[Abstract]:Objective: (1) to understand whether there are differences in age, sex and educational level in the results of Stroop test through the normal population. (2) to find out whether the results of Stroop test are in frontal lobe through simple frontal lobe, temporal lobe and parietal lobe stroke. There were differences between temporal lobe and parietal lobe and left and right hemispheres. Methods: the Chinese version of STROOP test and simple intelligence scale were used in the study. The data processing was analyzed and processed by spss13.0 software package. T test, variance analysis (ANOVA) and MANONA test were used, 伪 = 0.05, p < 0.05. Results: the results of Stroop test in normal subjects were statistically significant (p > 0.05, P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in age group (p < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in age group (p < 0.05). According to the level of education, p < 0.05, there was statistical significance. There was no statistical significance in the groups of stroke patients according to the left and right hemispheres (p > 0.05), but there was statistical significance in the groups of frontal lobe, temporal lobe and parietal lobe according to the impairment of the frontal lobe, temporal lobe and parietal lobe (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the results of Stroop test in normal population were different in age and education, but there was no gender difference. There was no difference between left and right hemispheres in the results of Stroop test, but there were differences in functional partition in frontal lobe, temporal lobe and parietal lobe, and there was no difference between the left and right hemispheres. The frontal lobe may have a greater impact, but it is not the only functional area of the brain that participates in the stroop test.
