千万别踏入领导越级找你做事的雷区

【摘要】:正有的人认为大领导直接找自己做事,是不是对直接领导不满意,所以把自己视作心腹直接指挥,这不正好是取而代之的好机会?千万不要迈进这样的雷区,有时大领导这样做就是无意的,并没有你想象的那么复杂。而万一被直接领导发现你越级汇报,分分钟可以各种理由把你架空挂起,甚至让你彻底出局。
