【摘要】:公司的人力资源管理决策中包含员工的培训,员工培训也是公司整体决策的一部分。吉林昆仑燃气的员工队伍中一线员工充当企业的重要角色,一线员工的整体素质是影响公司对外竞争力的直接因素,中国进入第十三个五年计划期间,吉林省昆仑燃气公司在一线员工的素质培训上提升了大力度的重视,把一线员工推到第一竞争力的高度,但是目前一线员工的素质还有诸多不足,在培训过程中影响整体效果。本文通过实际的调研了解吉林昆仑燃气公司培训的现状,吉林昆仑燃气公司作为主营天然气销售等工作的企业,公司正在面临着时代赋予的各种挑战,因为吉林昆仑燃气公司内部的员工培训方面存在着一定的缺点和不完善,一线员工存在很多诸如流动性大、工作效率低等问题,对于吉林昆仑燃气公司整体的发展和运营或多或少都会造成一定的影响。因此对所存在的问题进行深入的分析,并且参考大量相关文献资料,就吉林昆仑燃气公司如何设计公司员工培训体系和培训方案做了一定的研究,重点分析了吉林昆仑燃气公司的员工培训的现状并寻找出相应的问题,吉林昆仑燃气公司存在的问题较多,具体问题包括:公司培训理念落后、缺乏有效的培训需求调查、公司的培训规划没有与时俱进进行调整和修正、培训内容单调、培训手段没有新意、缺乏有效的培训效果评估和公司培训师资不足,此外还对问题存在的原因进行了剖析,笔者认为当前昆仑燃气公司存在这些问题的原因主要有四个方面:领导层支持力度不够、培训投入成本偏低、培训制度跟进不及时和管理层对培训方面不够重视。在实施的过程中,要注意培训方案的设计原则,具体原则包括:目标性原则,目前吉林昆仑燃气公司操作工的培训的主要目的就是保证安全生产,因此所设计的培训方案必须以保障安全生产为第一准则。针对性原则,吉林昆仑燃气公司的操作工素质参差不齐,因此在设计培训计划的过程中应当对老员工和新员工实施分班授课,使整个培训更具有针对性。全方位培训原则,吉林昆仑燃气公司要注重在培训的同时考虑到员工个人素质和能力的提升,培训内容要尽可能的覆盖全面。科学性原则,吉林昆仑燃气公司现有的培训方案已经比较成熟,但是缺乏时代性和科学性,在设计培训方案的过程中,科学性原则不容忽视。经济性原则,吉林昆仑燃气公司的培训经费并不是很充足,然而培训对于操作工的重要性却是不可否认的,因此培训方案的设置要尽可能的遵循经济性的原则。最后笔者对培训方案的实施和保障进行了说明,但是在研究过程中由于笔者自身能力有限,依然存在很多困难,希望本文的研究能够给后来者一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The company's human resources management decisions include staff training, staff training is also a part of the overall decision of the company. Jilin Kunlun Gas team of staff as an important role of the enterprise. The overall quality of first-line employees is a direct factor affecting the company's external competitiveness. During the 13th Five-Year Plan of China, Jilin Province Kunlun Gas Company has enhanced the quality training of front-line employees. Push the front-line staff to the height of the first competitiveness, but the quality of front-line staff is still a lot of deficiencies. In the process of training the overall effect. This paper through actual research to understand the current situation of Jilin Kunlun Gas Company Jilin Kunlun Gas Company as the main natural gas sales enterprises. The company is facing a variety of challenges given by the times, because there are certain shortcomings and imperfections in the training of employees in Jilin Kunlun Gas Company, and there are many front-line employees such as large mobility. The problem of low working efficiency will affect the overall development and operation of Jilin Kunlun Gas Company more or less. And referring to a large number of relevant literature, Jilin Kunlun Gas Company how to design the company staff training system and training programs to do a certain amount of research. Focus on the analysis of Jilin Kunlun Gas Company staff training and find out the corresponding problems, Jilin Kunlun Gas Company has many problems, including: the company behind the concept of training. Lack of effective training needs investigation, the company's training plan has not been adjusted and revised with the times, the training content is monotonous, training means have no new ideas, lack of effective training effectiveness evaluation and lack of teachers training. In addition, the reasons for the problems are analyzed. The author believes that there are four main reasons for these problems in Kunlun Gas Company: insufficient leadership support, low cost of training input. Training system follow-up is not timely and management does not pay enough attention to training. In the process of implementation, attention should be paid to the design principles of the training programme, including: the principle of objectives. At present, the main purpose of the training of the operators of Jilin Kunlun Gas Company is to ensure the safety of production, so the designed training program must take the protection of production safety as the first criterion. The quality of operators in Jilin Kunlun Gas Company is uneven, so in the process of designing the training plan, we should carry out separate classes for the old and new employees, so that the whole training should be more targeted and all-round training principle. Jilin Kunlun Gas Company should pay attention to the training at the same time to consider the personal quality and ability of the staff, training content to cover as comprehensive and scientific principles. The existing training program of Jilin Kunlun Gas Company is mature, but it is lack of time and science. In the process of designing the training program, the scientific principle can not be ignored and the economic principle can not be ignored. Jilin Kunlun Gas Company's training funds are not very adequate, but the importance of training for operators is undeniable. Therefore, the setting of the training program should follow the principle of economy as far as possible. Finally, the author explains the implementation and guarantee of the training program, but in the course of the research, the author has limited ability. There are still a lot of difficulties, I hope this study can be used for reference by the latecomers.
