【摘要】:旅游业是蒙古国经济发展的支柱产业,而蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理与开发是至关重要。从1990年蒙古国实施民主改革之后,作为一个生态和绿色产业,蒙古国旅游业得到较快发展,但是蒙古国旅游业发展遇到瓶颈,究其根本是蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理和开发存在问题,旅游企业人力资源开发水平相对较弱,旅游从业人员服务水平有待提高,缺乏旅游相关的系统培训等诸多问题。针对存在的问题,分为六部分进行研究:(1)绪论。简单介绍了选题背景、选题目的、选题意义、国内外研究现状、研究对象及方法、研究思路及框架。(2)蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理与开发研究基础。界定了相关概念,旅游产业、旅游、旅客和导游;描述了相关的理论基础,国家竞争优势理论、人力资本理论和双因素理论;介绍了蒙古国旅游业情况。(3)蒙古国旅游业人力资源开发与管理现状。分两部分介绍:蒙古国旅游业人力资源存在与管理、蒙古国旅游业人力资源开发。(4)蒙古国旅游业人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题及分析。指出了蒙古国旅游业存在的诸多问题,根本问题为人力资源问题,并基于PESTEL进行了分析。(5)改进蒙古国旅游业人力资源开发与管理的对策与建议,分别从政府、企业、个人三方面进行展开。(6)结论与总结。本文研读了中国和蒙古国相关文献,描述了蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理及人力资源开发的重要意义,分析了蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理与开发、管理与开发现状。研究了蒙古国旅游业结构、雇佣关系、薪酬水平和结构、人力资源学历教育现状、企业培训与开发、蒙古国旅游业存在的诸多问题。实证分析了基于PESTEL的蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理与开发分析。基于分析结果,提出了促进蒙古国旅游业人力资源管理与开发的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Tourism is the pillar industry of Mongolia's economic development, and the human resource management and development of Mongolian tourism is very important. Since 1990, Mongolia has implemented democratic reform, as an ecological and green industry. The tourism industry of Mongolia has been developing rapidly, but the development of tourism in Mongolia has encountered the bottleneck, which is fundamentally due to the existing problems in the management and development of human resources in tourism industry of Mongolia, and the level of human resources development of tourism enterprises is relatively weak. Tourism practitioners need to improve the level of service, lack of tourism-related system training and many other problems. In view of the existing problems, divided into six parts of the study on the introduction. A brief introduction to the topic background. The purpose, significance, domestic and international research status, research objects and methods, research ideas and framework. 2) Mongolia tourism human resources management and development research foundation. Define the related concepts, tourism industry. Travel, visitors and guided tours; The related theoretical basis, national competitive advantage theory, human capital theory and two-factor theory are described. This paper introduces the development and management of tourism human resources in Mongolia. It is divided into two parts: the existence and management of tourism human resources in Mongolia. The problems and analysis in the development and management of tourism human resources in Mongolia are pointed out, and the fundamental problem is human resource. And based on the analysis of PESTEL. 5) to improve the development and management of tourism human resources in Mongolia countermeasures and suggestions, respectively from the government, enterprises. This paper studies the relevant literature of China and Mongolia, and describes the significance of human resource management and human resource development in tourism industry of Mongolia. This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management and development in tourism industry of Mongolia, and studies the tourism structure, employment relationship, salary level and structure of Mongolia tourism industry, and the present situation of educational background of human resources. Enterprise training and development, Mongolia tourism problems. Empirical analysis of Mongolian tourism human resource management and development based on PESTEL. Based on the results of the analysis. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the management and development of tourism human resources in Mongolia are put forward.
