【摘要】:随着职业教育的迅速发展,中等职业学校为社会培养了大量的应用型技能人才,而应用型技能人才技能的高低主要取决于教师队伍的整体素质。教师队伍的整体素质不仅影响着学校的教学质量,而且影响着学生的培养和中等职业学校的持续发展。而邹城高级职业技术学校是一所国家级重点中等职业技术学校,要想在激烈的竞争中持续发展,邹城高级职业技术学校就必须加强人力资源管理,通过教师绩效考核的方式提高教师队伍素质,以充分调动教师工作的积极性和主动性,发挥教师个人潜能,最终实现学校和教师双赢,因此研究邹城高级职业技术学校的教师绩效考核对学校加强师资队伍建设有重要的现实意义。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分:阐述邹城高级职业技术学校绩效考核的选题背景、选题目的和意义,概述国内外研究状况、研究方法以及研究内容。第二部分:介绍了教师绩效考核的概念,绩效考核过程中所运用的基本理论,绩效考核的作用和方法,以及绩效考核的原则与内容。第三部分:介绍了邹城高级职业技术学校教师绩效考核的实际状况。第四部分:采取问卷调查的方法找出邹城高级职业技术学校教师绩效考核中存在的主要问题,例如绩效考核基本理念存在问题、实施效果不佳、反馈与改进不足等。从绩效考核的认识不到位、考核指标缺乏调研和反馈不及时等多个方面深入分析了问题产生的原因。第五部分:通过借鉴国内外有关教师绩效考核的先进理论,结合邹城高级职业技术学校教师绩效考核的实际状况,综合采用多种考核方法。从更新教师绩效考核观念,增强教师绩效考核制度建设,完善教师绩效考核的内容等方面提出邹城高级职业技术学校教师绩效考核中存在问题的具体对策。通过本文的研究,希望能够对邹城高级职业技术学校教师绩效考核中存在的问题提供一些的具体对策和建议。同时也为同类性质中等职业学校提供些许借鉴。
