人力资源管理在人才招聘中的策略探微

【摘要】：习总书记说过,人才是第一资源。人才对于国家而言,是国家发展的战略资源;对于企业来说,是企业持久发展的宝贵财富。人才的重要性在当代的社会乃至全世界都是极其重要的。企业是国家重要组成部分,在如今大众创业,万众创新的新时代背景下,若在激烈的竞争中获得一席之地,必须重视人才的培养和引进,企业的人力资源部门在对人才培养和管理上面占据重要位置,因此,设计科学合理的人才招聘计划对企业发展起着至关重要作用。本文浅谈人力资源管理在人才招聘中的策略,希望能给企业人力资源部门提供帮助。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi said that talent is the first resource.Talent is the strategic resource of national development for the country, and the precious wealth for the sustained development of the enterprise.The importance of talent is extremely important in contemporary society as well as in the world.Enterprises are an important part of the country. In the new era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, if we get a place in the fierce competition, we must attach importance to the cultivation and introduction of talents.The human resources department of the enterprise occupies an important position in the training and management of talents, therefore, the design of scientific and reasonable talent recruitment plan plays a vital role in the development of the enterprise.This paper briefly discusses the strategy of human resource management in the recruitment of talents, hoping to provide help to the human resources department of the enterprise.
