工作—家庭价值观一致性对工作态度的影响研究

【摘要】:以303位员工为样本,考察主管与下属的工作—家庭价值观一致性对工作—家庭冲突与工作态度的影响。结果显示:工作—家庭价值观一致性正向影响家庭支持型主管行为;家庭支持型主管行为负向影响工作—家庭冲突、正向影响工作满意度;工作—家庭冲突负向影响工作满意度、正向影响情绪耗竭;工作满意度负向影响情绪耗竭;家庭支持型主管行为完全中介工作—家庭价值观一致性与工作—家庭冲突、工作满意度之间的关系。
[Abstract]:A sample of 303 employees was employed to investigate the influence of the consistency of work-family values between supervisor and subordinate on work-family conflict and work attitude.The results showed that the consistency of work-family values positively affected the behavior of family support supervisors, and the behavior of family support managers negatively affected work-family conflict, and positively affected job satisfaction.Work-family conflict negatively affected job satisfaction, positively affected emotional exhaustion; job satisfaction negatively affected emotional exhaustion; Family support supervisor behavior completely mediated work-family values consistency and work-family conflict.The relationship between job satisfaction.
