知识型员工心理契约违背的影响及预防措施探析

【摘要】:本文从知识型员工的特征出发,在对知识型员工心理契约违背的形成过程进行梳理的基础上,分析了知识型员工心理契约违背发生后可能采取的行为及对组织造成的影响,在此基础上提出通过在招聘过程中传递真实信息、加强心理契约层面的沟通、建立公平、公正、公开的考评机制等措施来达到预防心理契约违背发生的目的。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the forming process of the psychological contract violation of knowledge workers, this paper analyzes the possible behavior and the influence on the organization after the psychological contract breach of knowledge worker occurs. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some measures to prevent psychological contract violation by transmitting real information in the recruitment process, strengthening the communication at the psychological contract level, establishing fair, just and open evaluation mechanism and so on.
