徐州市农村基本公共卫生服务开展情况不同地区影响因素调查

【摘要】：目的:了解影响徐州市农村地区基本公共卫生服务工作开展的主要因素,为进一步提高公共卫生服务水平提供依据。方法:以徐州市7个县(市、区)作为调查点,采用分层抽样,对20家乡镇卫生院进行调查。结果:等级为好、中和差的卫生院在卫生院规模、辖区常住人口数、服务面积、临床医生年收入、防保医生年收入、单位收支情况、基本公共卫生经费补助收支情况、防保人员学历的差异均无统计学意义;而临床医生和防保医生年收入、乡村医生数、防保站人员数、从事基本公共卫生服务的人员数以及公共医师数间的差异均有统计学意义。结论:徐州市农村地区乡镇卫生院在规模以及经济上不存在统计学差异,导致卫生院在基本公共卫生服务开展上不均衡的主要因素是人力资源上的差距,应逐步增加基本公共卫生服务队伍中专业高素质人才的数量,促进该项工作在农村地区更好的开展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the main factors affecting the development of basic public health services in rural areas of Xuzhou, and to provide the basis for further improving the level of public health services. Methods: 20 township hospitals were investigated by stratified sampling in 7 counties (cities and districts) of Xuzhou. Results: the size of the hospital, the number of resident population, the area of service, the annual income of the clinician, the annual income of the preventive doctor, the income and expenditure per unit, the income and expenditure of the basic public health fund, and the income and expenditure of the basic public health fund were analyzed. There was no significant difference in educational background between the health care workers and the clinicians, the number of rural doctors, the number of people in the defense station, the number of people engaged in basic public health services and the number of public doctors. Conclusion: there is no statistical difference in the size and economy of township health centers in rural areas of Xuzhou City. The main factor leading to the imbalance in the development of basic public health services is the disparity in human resources. The number of professional and high quality personnel in the basic public health service team should be increased step by step, and the work should be carried out better in rural areas.
