新成立企业资源禀赋与研发活动关系研究

【摘要】：改革开放三十多年来中国经济有了很大的发展,但真正去探寻经济增长点,会发现增长并不是因为通过技术创新或者合理使用资源,而是基于高储蓄和投资,中国经济增长的持续性让人担忧。因此自主创新很有必要提升到国家竞争力和富国强民的战略高度。提升自主创新,需要中国企业在微观上提升自主创新能力,需要在企业研发方面持续地进行投入。已有文献大多是研究成熟期企业的研发行为,而鲜见关于新成立企业研发行为的研究。为了探寻企业拥有的初始资源对于后续研发活动的影响,本文从企业初始资源异质性出发,基于资源基础观的视角,通过对企业拥有的财务资源、人力资源、技术资源三大方面进行分析,来探寻影响企业后续研发活动的原因。本文以2006-2008年间成立的新三板上市民营企业作为研究样本,使用Probit回归和Linear回归进行实证检验。研究发现,债务融资对于新成立企业短期(1到3年)的研发有着显著的积极影响,而股权融资对于新成立企业中长期(4到6年)的研发有着显著的积极影响;人力资源和技术资源则对于短期(1到3年)和中长期(4到6年)的研发有着很显著的积极影响。文章拓宽了有关企业研发行为决定因素的研究边界,将研发行为追溯到企业生命周期的最前端,关注了初始条件的影响。既为企业与政府进一步推动我国科技创新提供了理论基础,也给金融机构评价新企业创新能力提供了有实际意义的参考,并且丰富了资本运营与财务管理理论本土运用的相关研究。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years or so of reform and opening up, China's economy has developed greatly. However, if we really look for economic growth points, we will find that the growth is not due to technological innovation or rational use of resources, but is based on high savings and investment. The sustainability of China's economic growth is worrying. Therefore, independent innovation must be promoted to the strategic height of national competitiveness and rich country and strong people. To promote independent innovation, Chinese enterprises need to improve their ability of independent innovation at the micro level, and they need to invest continuously in R & D. Most of the literature has studied the behavior of R & D in mature enterprises, but there is little research on R & D behavior of newly established enterprises. In order to explore the influence of the initial resources owned by enterprises on the subsequent R & D activities, this paper starts from the heterogeneity of initial resources of enterprises, based on the perspective of resource-based view, through the financial resources owned by enterprises, human resources, Three aspects of technical resources are analyzed to explore the reasons that affect the enterprise's subsequent R & D activities. This paper takes the new three board listed private enterprises from 2006 to 2008 as the research sample, using Probit regression and Linear regression to carry on the empirical test. It is found that debt financing has a significant positive impact on the research and development of new enterprises for a short period of 1 to 3 years, while equity financing has a significant positive impact on the development of new enterprises for 4 to 6 years. Human and technical resources have a significant positive impact on R & D in the short term (1 to 3 years) and in the medium and long term (4 to 6 years). This paper broadens the research boundary of the determinants of enterprise R & D behavior, traces R & D behavior to the front end of the enterprise life cycle, and pays attention to the influence of initial conditions. It not only provides a theoretical basis for enterprises and governments to further promote scientific and technological innovation in our country, but also provides a practical reference for financial institutions to evaluate the innovative ability of new enterprises. And has enriched the capital operation and the financial management theory local application correlation research.
