沈阳市社区卫生服务机构人力资源现状分析

【摘要】:目的了解沈阳市社区卫生服务机构人力资源现状,分析存在的问题并提出建议。方法采用横断面调查方法,对6 002名卫生服务中心(站)工作人员进行自填式问卷调查,有效回收率为81.2%。采用自制问卷,应用统计描述分析方法探讨沈阳市社区卫生服务机构人力资源现况。结果沈阳社区卫生服务机构人力资源配置不甚合理,医护比例是1∶0.74,缺乏社区护士和防保人员;职称以中、初级层次为主,医生学历以本科和专科层次为主(占76.72%),护士学历以专科和中专层次为主(占88.45%)。结论应尽快调整社区卫生服务人力资源结构,加强全科医学培训,进一步完善社区卫生服务人力资源配套政策。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of human resources in community health service institutions in Shenyang, analyze the existing problems and put forward some suggestions. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 6 002 health service center (station) workers. The effective recovery rate was 81.2%. The present situation of human resources in community health service institutions in Shenyang was investigated by using self-made questionnaire and statistical description analysis method. Results the allocation of human resources in Shenyang community health service institutions was not reasonable, the proportion of medical and nursing was 1: 0.74, the lack of community nurses and defense personnel, the professional title was mainly at the primary level. The degree of doctor was mainly at undergraduate and specialized level (76.72%), and that of nurse was mainly at specialized and technical secondary level (88.45%). Conclusion the human resource structure of community health service should be adjusted as soon as possible, general practice training should be strengthened, and the supporting policy of community health service human resource should be further improved.
