伊泰集团人力资源战略研究

【摘要】:如今,作为市场经济主体的企业,正面临着越来越复杂的管理环境以及企业之间日益加剧的竞争。企业的战略管理是企业持续发展的根本保证。战略管理中的决策、评价、实施都是以人力资源作为基点,由企业的员工来执行。因此人力资源管理在战略管理中的作用就关系到企业战略目标和竞争优势的实现。企业之间的竞争,其核心是人才的竞争,竞争的手段取决于人力资源的整体实力和素质水平。因此,人力资源管理对企业的生存和发展显得更为重要。只有对人力资源战略合理规划,才能更好的支撑企业的发展战略,增强企业在行业中的竞争力,实现企业的发展壮大。本文以伊泰集团为例,在深入调查、收集、整理第一手资料的基础上,以先进的人力资源战略和企业战略的相关理论为指导,分别采用了文献分析方法、理论分析方法、调查研究法、SWOT分析法等,对伊泰集团人力资源战略进行了详细的研究分析,找出伊泰集团目前人力资源战略管理方面存在的一些问题,并制定了相关对策。文章主要从五个部分进行了详细阐述,第一部分为绪论,主要阐述论文的研究背景、意义、内容、方法及基本框架,第二部分主要阐述人力资源战略管理的基本原理以及人力资源战略与企业发展战略之间的关系,第三部分分析伊泰集团人力资源现状与职能,第四部分分析了伊泰集团目前人力资源存在的主要问题及其原因,人力资源战略与企业战略不匹配等相关因素,第五部分主要分析了人力资源的需求与供给、战略定位、战略目标及其任务,确定了集团多元化发展战略下的人力资源战略及其相关保障措施,设计出一套匹配合企业战略的人力资源战略规划。通过以上几个部分的分析可知,人力资源战略作为企业的核心战略,必须从人力资源的招聘、培养、培训、考核等方面入手,解决人力资源战略与企业发展战略不匹配,人员结构不合理、培训制度不健全、绩效考核不公平、薪酬福利不公平等问题。通过上述问题的探讨得出,只有对企业人力资源进行合理的规划,才能使企业不断的发展壮大。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, as the main body of market economy, enterprises are facing more and more complicated management environment and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. The strategic management of the enterprise is the fundamental guarantee of the sustainable development of the enterprise. The decision-making, evaluation and implementation of strategic management are based on human resources, which are carried out by the employees of the enterprise. Therefore, the role of human resource management in strategic management is related to the realization of strategic objectives and competitive advantages. The core of competition among enterprises is the competition of talents, and the means of competition depend on the overall strength and quality level of human resources. Therefore, human resource management is more important to the survival and development of enterprises. Only by reasonable planning of human resource strategy can we better support the development strategy of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry, and realize the development and growth of enterprises. Taking Yitai Group as an example, on the basis of in-depth investigation, collection and collation of first-hand information, and guided by the relevant theories of advanced human resources strategy and enterprise strategy, this paper respectively adopts the literature analysis method and the theoretical analysis method. This paper makes a detailed study and analysis on the human resource strategy of Yitai Group, finds out some problems existing in the strategic management of human resources of Yitai Group, and formulates some relevant countermeasures. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background, significance, content, methods and basic framework of the paper. The second part mainly expounds the basic principle of human resource strategic management and the relationship between human resource strategy and enterprise development strategy. The third part analyzes the current situation and functions of human resources in Yitai Group. The fourth part analyzes the main problems and their causes of the current Yitai Group human resources, human resource strategy and enterprise strategy mismatch and other related factors, the fifth part mainly analyzes the demand and supply of human resources, strategic positioning, and so on. The strategic goal and its task, the human resource strategy and its related safeguard measures under the diversified development strategy of the group are determined, and a set of human resources strategic planning matching the enterprise strategy is designed. Through the analysis of the above several parts, it can be seen that as the core strategy of the enterprise, the human resource strategy must start with the recruitment, training, training and examination of the human resource, and solve the mismatch between the human resource strategy and the enterprise development strategy. The personnel structure is unreasonable, the training system is not perfect, the performance appraisal is not fair, the salary and welfare is not fair and so on. Through the discussion of the above problems, it is concluded that only by reasonable planning of enterprise human resources, can the enterprise develop continuously.
