新疆农村维吾尔族家庭获取公共卫生服务影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解新疆农村维吾尔族家庭公共卫生服务利用情况影响因素。方法使用自行设计的农村家庭获取公共卫生服务情况调查表,对603户的农村家庭主妇进行问卷调查。结果从单因素分析可见年龄(χ~2=18.377,P0.01)、文化程度(χ~2=14.473,P0.01)、健康状况(χ~2=23.228,P0.01)、各疆域(χ~2=7.522,P0.05)在不同公共卫生服务总得分等级之间的差异有统计学意义(P0.05),获取公共卫生服务状况影响因素有序Logistic回归分析结果显示家庭主妇以日常健康状况良好为参照时,日常健康状况一般(OR=0.421,P0.05)是农村家庭获取公共卫生服务的危险因素;以家庭经济高于5000元为参照时,家庭经济状况低于1000元(OR=0.413,P0.05)是农村家庭获取公共卫生服务的危险因素。结论应进一步完善乡村公共卫生服务人力资源配置,提高基层医疗服务机构技术人员专业技能,加强宣传力度,普及保健常识,提高农村居民自我保护意识,促进基本公共卫生服务的开展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of Uygur family public health service utilization in rural areas of Xinjiang. Methods 603 rural housewives were investigated by self-designed questionnaire on access to public health services. Results univariate analysis showed that age (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 18.377 / P0.01), educational level (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) = 14.473 / P ~ (0.01), health status (蠂 ~ (2 / 22) / P ~ (0.01), and different territory (蠂 ~ (2) (蠂 ~ (2) / (7.522) had statistical significance among different grades of public health services (P0.05), and the influencing factors of access to public health services were Logistic (P < 0.05). The results of regression analysis showed that when housewives used good daily health as a reference, The average daily health status (ORG 0.421) was the risk factor for rural families to obtain public health services, and when the family economy was higher than 5000 yuan, the family economic status was lower than 1000 yuan (ORO 0.413 0. 05) was the risk factor for rural families to obtain public health services. Conclusion the human resource allocation of rural public health service should be further improved, the professional skills of technical staff in primary medical service institutions should be improved, the propaganda should be strengthened, the general knowledge of health care should be popularized, and the consciousness of self-protection of rural residents should be raised. To promote the development of basic public health services.
