跨专业硕士研究生的专业适应性研究

【摘要】：随着我国硕士研究生的招生规模不断扩大,其培养质量和特色也对我国各区域经济、社会、教育、文化等各个领域的发展产生着直接、深远的影响,硕士研究生是我国实现人力资源强国的重要力量。社会发展的需要和学科发展自身的需要,都使学科交叉发展、跨学科研究成为今后科学发展的重要趋势。选择跨专业报考硕士研究生已不是个别现象,跨专业硕士研究生与非跨专业硕士研究生相比,无论是在思维方式、基础理论、逻辑能力、知识结构、学习心态等方面都存在较大差异。本研究在参考大量文献以及借鉴相关领域量表的基础上编制硕士研究生专业适应性量表,通过问卷法、访谈法、比较法、数据统计法等旨在了解并描述跨专业硕士研究生在专业适应性的现状,找出主要问题分析原因并针对性的提出对策。研究结果显示：(1)总体来看,硕士研究生的专业适应性程度一般,专业自我效能、研究能力偏低；(2)在硕士研究生各维度的差异显著性分析中,跨专业与非跨专业硕士研究生在专业适应性、专业承诺、专业自我效能、研究能力维度差异均显著；(3)年级差异是跨专业与非跨专业硕士研究生的显著性影响因素；(4)在学科类型对跨专业硕士研究生专业适应性的影响上,自然科学和人文与社会科学的跨专业硕士研究生专业适应性差异不显著；(5)跨专业程度与跨专业硕士研究生的专业适应性不存在负相关关系。跨专业硕士研究生专业适应的主要问题有专业承诺偏低、专业自我效能低、专业学习动力不足、研究能力较低,出现这些问题的主要原因有学生自我定位与专业不匹配、学生学习态度不端正、跨专业硕士研究生专业基础薄弱、课程设置不够合理、教师授课低效、导师指导缺位,因此提出通过以下主要对策：重新自我定位,激发学习兴趣；端正学习态度；强化专业基础,拓宽专业视野；重视科研方法课程,发挥选修课作用；提高教师的授课能力,保证课程质量；推行研究生双导师制,完善导师考核评价制度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the enrollment of graduate students in China, the quality and characteristics of the training have a direct and far-reaching impact on the development of the regional economy, society, education, culture and other fields of our country. Master's degree graduate student is our country realization human resources powerful country important strength. Both the needs of social development and the needs of discipline development make interdisciplinary research become an important trend of scientific development in the future. It is no longer an individual phenomenon to choose a cross-major graduate student to apply for a master's degree. Compared with a non-professional graduate student, whether it is in the mode of thinking, basic theory, logic ability, knowledge structure, There are great differences in learning mentality and so on. On the basis of referring to a large number of literatures and referring to the scale of relevant fields, this study developed a professional adaptability scale for postgraduates, which was based on questionnaire, interview and comparison. The purpose of the data statistics method is to understand and describe the current situation of the professional adaptability of the cross-specialty graduate students, to find out the main reasons for the analysis of the problems and to put forward the countermeasures. The results show that: (1) in general, the degree of professional adaptability of graduate students is general, professional self-efficacy, research ability is low; (2) in the analysis of the differences in the different dimensions of postgraduates, There were significant differences in professional adaptability, professional commitment, professional self-efficacy and research ability between cross-major and non-professional master degree students. (4) there is no significant difference between natural science and humanities and social science in the influence of subject types on the professional adaptability of cross-specialty postgraduates; (5) there is no negative correlation between cross-specialty degree and professional adaptability of cross-specialty graduate students. The major problems of professional adaptation of cross-major graduate students are low professional commitment, low professional self-efficacy, lack of professional learning motivation and low research ability. The main reasons for these problems are students' self-orientation and professional mismatch. The students' learning attitude is not correct, the professional foundation of cross-major graduate students is weak, the curriculum is not reasonable, the teaching efficiency of teachers is low, and the tutors' guidance is absent. Therefore, the following main countermeasures are put forward: reorienting oneself to stimulate learning interest; Correct learning attitude; strengthen the professional foundation, broaden the professional field of vision; attach importance to the course of scientific research methods, give play to the role of elective courses; improve the teaching ability of teachers, ensure the quality of the curriculum; carry out the system of double tutors for graduate students, improve the evaluation system of teachers.
