农村富余人力资源高效安排算法仿真

【摘要】:农村人力资源的合理安排可以极大提高农村的生产力。农村的劳动力人员分布区域差异较大,不同年纪体现的劳动力不同,很难形成跨区域关联。传统的针对农村剩余劳动力安排方法中,对跨区域劳动力安排受到劳动力之间,区域之间很难建立联系的影响,安排效率较低。提出一种可变精度下农村富余人力资源高效安排算法。使用粗糙集算法揭示隐藏于各个关系数中的内在联系,针对劳动力需要有确定的分类以及算法容易发散的缺点,加入了可变精度因子,使得安排过程的灵活性以及算法的收敛性都得到了大大的提高。通过对本地区一个现代农业项目的实际计算以及最后的人员安排进行模型构建和仿真。仿真结果表明,算法在计算过程中是成收敛状态的,对整个项目的开展提供了时间高效性。
[Abstract]:The rational arrangement of rural human resources can greatly improve the rural productivity. The distribution of labor force in rural areas is quite different, and the labor force of different ages is different, so it is difficult to form cross-regional association. In the traditional arrangement method of rural surplus labor force, the inter-regional labor force arrangement is affected by the labor force, it is very difficult to establish the connection between the regions, and the arrangement efficiency is low. An efficient arrangement algorithm for rural surplus human resources with variable precision is proposed. The rough set algorithm is used to reveal the internal relation hidden in each relation number, and the variable precision factor is added to solve the problem that the labor force needs definite classification and the algorithm is prone to divergence. The flexibility of the scheduling process and the convergence of the algorithm are greatly improved. Through the actual calculation of a modern agricultural project in this area and the final personnel arrangement, the model construction and simulation are carried out. The simulation results show that the algorithm is convergent in the process of calculation and provides high time efficiency for the whole project.
