北京电视传媒人力资源现状调研

【摘要】：正电视传媒人才不仅是社会主义先进文化的建设者和传播者,也是传媒产业科学发展的第一资源。为了解和掌握北京电视传媒人才队伍的现状,进一步促进和加强北京电视传媒才队伍建设,服务首都经济社会发展,笔者采用调查问卷和深度访谈结合的方式对北京电视传媒人才工作状况进行了一次调查。被调查者基本构成本次问卷调查采取随机调查法,在北京电视传媒机构发放140份调查问卷,有效问卷回收率100%。在本次被调查员工中,男性72人,女性68人;持有北京户口的员工为127人,占全调查总人数的87.9%;中共
[Abstract]:The talent of TV media is not only the constructor and propagator of socialist advanced culture, but also the first resource for the scientific development of media industry.
