泰安市农村初级中学体育教学现状与发展对策

【摘要】：新课程改革重视学校体育课程教学,在“健康第一”的指导思想下,初级中学体育课程改革顺利进行。农村初级中学体育教学同样是中等体育教育的有机构成部分,泰安市农村初级中学由于经济等多方面因素的限制,与城市初级中学体育教学相比,农村初级中学体育教学的教学条件相对简陋,导致了农村初级中学体育教学的开展状况不甚理想,在推行“新课程改革”的过程中遇到诸多问题函待解决。通过专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、帕累托分析法问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,全面、客观的了解泰安市初级中学体育教学的教师队伍、学生学习、体育教学、场地器材、体育教学管理的状况。利用帕累托截集法抽取泰安市农村初级中学体育教学的主要影响因素:教学场地不足、学生安全问题掣肘、学生学习评价标准不统一、农村初中体育教师数量不足、领导的重视程度不够、学生对于教学内容的接受程度较低、教学器材不足、体育教学管理不完善、教师培训、进修制度不合理、体育教师招聘考试不合理、教学内容极少关注不同性别、不同层次学生之间的差异、缺乏合适的教材、学生对于体育课的积极性不高等13个因素。结合所调查的现状和抽取的影响因素,针对性的提出泰安市农村初级中学体育教学的发展对策:(1)重视学校体育的开展,关注体育教师的发展;完善学校体育管理体系;(2)建立科学合理的教学观念,关注学生的全面发展;转变学校体育安全观念,树立正确的体育观;加强教学研究,建立集体备课制度;制定统一的学生学习评级标准;(3)加大体育资源资金投入,改善场地设施条件;加大对农村初级中学体育教师人力资源的投入;(4)制定科学合理的体育教师招聘方案,完善体育教师评聘体系;重视农村体育教师的继续教育,加强体育教师培训工作。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform attaches importance to the teaching of physical education curriculum in schools. Under the guiding ideology of "health first", the reform of physical education curriculum in junior middle schools is carried out smoothly. Physical education in rural junior middle schools is also an organic part of secondary physical education. Due to the limitations of economy and other factors, the physical education of rural junior middle schools in Taian City is compared with the physical education in urban junior middle schools. The condition of physical education teaching in rural junior middle schools is relatively simple, which leads to the unsatisfactory development of physical education in rural junior middle schools, and many problems need to be solved in the course of carrying out the "new curriculum reform". Through expert interview, questionnaire survey, field investigation, Pareto analysis, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, comprehensive and objective understanding of the teaching staff of physical education in Taian junior middle school, students study, Sports teaching, site equipment, sports teaching management status. The main influencing factors of physical education in rural junior middle school in Taian city were extracted by Pareto method: insufficient teaching space, constraints of students' safety, disunity of students' learning evaluation standard, shortage of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools. The level of leadership attention is not enough, students' acceptance of teaching content is low, teaching equipment is insufficient, physical education teaching management is not perfect, teachers training, the system of further education is unreasonable, and the recruitment examination of physical education teachers is unreasonable. The contents of the teaching pay little attention to the differences between different genders, different levels of students, lack of appropriate teaching materials, students' enthusiasm for physical education is not high and other 13 factors. Combined with the status quo of the investigation and the factors affecting the extraction, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of physical education in Taian rural junior middle school: (1) pay attention to the development of school physical education, pay attention to the development of physical education teachers, perfect the management system of school physical education; (2) establishing scientific and reasonable teaching concept, paying attention to the all-round development of students; changing school sports safety concept and establishing correct sports concept; strengthening teaching research, establishing collective lesson preparation system; (3) to increase the investment of sports resources, to improve the conditions of sports facilities, to increase the input to the human resources of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools, (4) to formulate a scientific and reasonable scheme for the recruitment of physical education teachers, and to perfect the evaluation and recruitment system of physical education teachers; Attach importance to the continuing education of rural PE teachers and strengthen the training of PE teachers.
