某院2010-2015年门诊量变化动态分析

【摘要】:目的探讨我院门诊量变化趋势和规律。方法收集2010-2015年门诊量数据,采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法进行统计分析。结果我院门诊量呈现逐年增长趋势,并且一年中门诊量随着季节的变化表现出明显的季节波动,具有周期性和反复性。季度季节指数以第三季度最高(106.28%),第一季度最低(92.81%)。月季节指数以7月最高(111.24%),2月最低(80.24%)。结论医院管理者应根据门诊量季节变化规律,合理调配人力资源和医疗物资,提升门诊的服务质量,更好地为患者服务。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changing trend and regularity of outpatient volume in our hospital. Methods Clinical data from 2010 to 2015 were collected and analyzed statistically with seasonal index analysis of time series data. Results the number of outpatient visits in our hospital showed an increasing trend year by year, and there were obvious seasonal fluctuations with seasonal changes in one year, which showed periodicity and repetition. The quarterly index was the highest in the third quarter (106.28 percent) and the lowest in the first quarter (92.81 percent). The monthly seasonal index was the highest in July (111.24%) and the lowest in February (80.24%). Conclusion Hospital managers should rationally allocate human resources and medical materials according to the seasonal variation of outpatient service quantity, improve the service quality of outpatient service, and better serve the patients.
