上海市三级医院麻醉专业技术人员现状研究

【摘要】:目的 :研究上海地区三级医院麻醉科人力资源配置现状及其业务开展情况。方法 :采用问卷法对上海地区三级医院麻醉学科的业务范围、人员比例、职称和学历结构等进行调查,并分析麻醉专业人力资源配置存在的主要问题。结果 :19所医院麻醉科共有手术台420台、麻醉医师513人、麻醉护士99人、麻醉技师19人,手术台医师比为1∶1.22,手术台医护技比为1∶1.50;麻醉科主任具有硕士研究生及以上学历的占63.16%,具有正高级职称占73.68%。现有麻醉医师文化程度:博士19.70%,硕士43.96%、本科34.61%、大专及以下1.73%;现有麻醉医师职称:正高6.31%、副高20.45%、中级44.56%、初级及以下28.68%。结论 :上海地区三级医院麻醉专业技术人员仍需要优化结构、提升专业能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the current situation of human resource allocation and business development in anesthesiology department of Shanghai tertiary hospital. Methods: questionnaire was used to investigate the business scope, personnel ratio, professional title and academic background structure of anaesthesia discipline in Shanghai tertiary hospitals, and the main problems existed in the allocation of human resources in anaesthesia specialty were analyzed. Results: there were 420 operating tables, 513 anesthesiologists, 99 anesthetic nurses, 19 anesthesiologists, 1 / 1. 22 doctors and 1 / 1. 50 doctors / nurses in the anaesthesia departments of 19 hospitals. 63.6% of the anesthesiology directors had master's degree or above, 73.68% of them had full and senior professional titles. The current degree of anesthesiologist education: doctor 19.70%, Master 43.96%, undergraduate 34.61%, junior college and below 1.73%; The current title of anesthesiologist is 6.31%, 20.45%, 44.56%, 28.68%, respectively. Conclusion: it is still necessary to optimize the structure and improve the professional ability of the anaesthesia technicians in the third-level hospitals in Shanghai.
