人力资本的价值管理——中国人力资源开发研究会2015年人本中国高峰论坛会议综述

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济发展进入新常态,中国已全面进入人力资本时代,人力资本的管理和运营问题成为当前人力资源开发领域关注的焦点和重要课题。本届论坛首次引入了人才众筹、人才IPO、人才合伙制等具有前瞻性的人力资源管理理念。中国企业不再盲目移植国外的先进技术与工具,他们在深入国外理论研究与国内文化土壤的基础上,不断进行理念创新、机制创新、技术创新,逐步建立起中国式的人力资源开发与管理。会议集聚了政、产、学、研各界智慧,展示了目前人力资源开发与管理领域的最新理论研究进展和企业实践方面的创新性成果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic development of our country entering the new normal, China has entered the era of human capital in an all-round way, and the management and operation of human capital has become the focus and important topic in the field of human resources development. For the first time, this forum has introduced talent crowdfunding, talent IPO, talent partnership and other forward-looking human resources management concepts. Chinese enterprises are no longer blindly transplanting advanced technologies and tools from abroad. On the basis of deepening foreign theoretical research and domestic cultural soil, they continue to carry out conceptual innovation, mechanism innovation, technological innovation, and gradually establish Chinese-style human resources development and management. The meeting gathered the wisdom of politics, production, learning and research, and showed the latest theoretical research progress and innovative achievements in enterprise practice in the field of human resources development and management.
