【摘要】：友善作为整个社会都应倡导和践行的核心价值准则,也是当代大学生所要遵循的道德规范和行为标准。大学生的友善观念是针对大学生群体而提出的价值观念,是指导大学生人际交往和社会交往的重要价值遵循。在市场经济的时代大背景下,当代大学生容易受到多种主客观因素的影响,在各种因素的碰撞和冲击下,大学生的友善观念存在一定程度的弱化。本文在分析了大学生友善观念的现实状况的基础上,指出了大学生友善观念弱化的四个层面的原因,进一步探寻了大学生友善观念培育的对策,以期有效地推动大学生友善观念的培育。具体来讲,论文的主体主要由三部分内容组成,第一部分旨在介绍友善观念的基础理论。本文追溯了友善观念的理论历程,在探寻友善的思想渊源和时代意蕴的基础上,进一步呈现了大学生友善观念的内涵、特点和构成,为接续内容的展开奠定了理论基础。第二部分旨在分析大学生友善观念存在的弱化问题及成因。现如今,大学生友善观念的现状总体积极向上,但也存在一定问题。本文从学校、家庭、社会和个人四个维度,对大学生友善观念存在的问题进行了归因分析。第三部分旨在探寻大学生友善观念的培育对策。从宣传教育、实践养成、法律制度保障以及榜样示范四个维度指明了培育大学生友善观念的策略。
[Abstract]:Friendliness, as the core value criterion that should be advocated and practiced by the whole society, is also the moral standard and behavior standard that contemporary college students should follow. The concept of friendliness of college students is the value concept proposed for the college students, and it is an important value to guide the interpersonal and social communication of college students. Under the background of market economy, contemporary college students are vulnerable to the influence of various subjective and objective factors. Under the impact of various factors, the friendliness of college students is weakened to a certain extent. Based on the analysis of the reality of college students' concept of friendliness, this paper points out the reasons for the weakening of the concept of college students' friendliness, and further explores the countermeasures for cultivating the concept of college students' friendliness. In order to effectively promote the cultivation of college students friendly concept. Specifically, the main body of the thesis consists of three parts, the first part is to introduce the basic theory of the concept of friendliness. This paper traces the theoretical course of the concept of friendliness, on the basis of exploring the ideological origin and the meaning of the era of friendliness, further presents the connotation, characteristics and composition of the concept of friendliness of college students, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the following contents. The second part aims to analyze the weakening problems and causes of college students'friendliness. Nowadays, the status quo of college students' concept of friendliness is generally positive, but there are still some problems. Based on the four dimensions of school, family, society and individual, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the concept of college students' friendliness. The third part aims to explore the cultivation countermeasures of college students'friendly concept. From the four dimensions of propaganda and education, practice cultivation, legal system guarantee and model demonstration, the strategies of cultivating college students' friendly concept are pointed out.
