产学研用模式下艺术设计专业教师科研实践能力培养初探

【摘要】:"产学研用"是高等院校科研实践和服务地方的重要方式之一,同时是一种协同创新的系统工程。艺术设计作为应用型学科,具备科研成果转化率高,技术创新服务性强的特征,当前,如何提升艺术设计专业教师科研实践能力,促进师资队伍建设,实现高等院校"产学研用"发展,已成为衡量高等院校设计类专业建设的重要指标之一。本文通过深入的思考,针对艺术设计专业教师在"产学研用"背景下科研实践能力方面出现的问题和存在的瓶颈进行探索与剖析,从树立科研意识、健全考评体制、打造合作平台、营造科研氛围等几个方面提出建设性思路,为打造具备较强"研用结合"实践能力的艺术设计教师资队伍提出可行性建议。
[Abstract]:"the use of production, college and research" is one of the important ways of scientific research practice and service in colleges and universities, and it is also a system engineering of collaborative innovation. As an applied subject, art design has the characteristics of high transformation rate of scientific research achievements and strong service of technological innovation. At present, how to improve the scientific research practice ability of teachers majoring in art design and to promote the construction of teachers' ranks, To realize the development of "production, learning and research" has become one of the important indexes to measure the construction of design specialty in colleges and universities. Through deep thinking, this paper explores and analyzes the problems and bottlenecks in the practice ability of art design teachers in the background of "production, learning and research", from establishing the scientific research consciousness and perfecting the evaluation system. Constructive ideas are put forward in several aspects, such as creating a cooperative platform and creating a scientific research atmosphere, so as to put forward some feasible suggestions for building a contingent of art design teachers with strong practical ability of "combination of research and application".
