大学生法治教育与道德教育结合的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：党的十八届四中全会《决定》明确提出:"坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合,并把其作为实现全面推进依法治国总目标必须坚持的重要原则。"这对高校开展大学生法治教育与道德教育提出了更高的要求,让新时期对法治教育与道德教育相结合的课题研究具有相当的理论意义和现实意义。本文由四个部分组成,文章对法治教育与道德教育结合的国内外背景和意义做了说明,深入剖析了法治教育与道德教育结合的基础和必要性,找到两者结合存在的问题并进行分析,积极探寻解决问题的对策。第一部分,主要阐述了法治教育与道德教育结合课题的背景和意义,指出课题在国内外的研究现状,以及整体的研究思路和方法。第二部分,首先对法治教育与道德教育的内涵进行了阐述,再对大学生法治教育与道德教育结合的基础和必要性作了阐释,为两者的结合提供理论依据。第三部分,从大学生法治教育与道德教育结合的现状入手,找出两者相结合存在的问题,认为高校教育理念存在偏差、教育内容不够合理、教育方式有待改进、管理机制需要完善、大学生自身素质有待提高,并从学校、社会、家庭、个人四个角度出发对问题进行分析。第四个部分,积极探寻解决法治教育与道德教育结合的问题的对策,从外因驱动和内因驱动两方面来结合问题给予对策,主要有完善高校教学工作建设;加强高校管理工作建设;加强社会环境建设以及大学生素质的自我提升。
[Abstract]:The "decision" of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward: "We must adhere to the principle of combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue, and regard it as an important principle to achieve the overall goal of administering the country according to law in an all-round way." This puts forward higher requirements for the university students to carry out the education of rule of law and moral education, so that the research on the subject of the combination of the education of rule of law and moral education in the new period has considerable theoretical and practical significance. This paper is composed of four parts. The paper explains the background and significance of the combination of rule of law education and moral education, and deeply analyzes the foundation and necessity of the combination of rule of law education and moral education. Find out the problems existing in the combination of the two and analyze them, and actively explore the countermeasures to solve the problems. The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the subject of the combination of rule of law education and moral education, and points out the research status at home and abroad, as well as the overall research ideas and methods. In the second part, the connotation of the education of rule of law and moral education is expounded, and then the foundation and necessity of the combination of the education of rule of law and moral education of college students are explained, which provides the theoretical basis for the combination of the two. The third part, starting with the current situation of the combination of the rule of law education and moral education of college students, finds out the problems existing in the combination of the two, and points out that there are deviations in the concept of higher education, the content of education is not reasonable, and the way of education needs to be improved. The management mechanism needs to be perfected, and the quality of college students needs to be improved, and the problems are analyzed from four angles: school, society, family and individual. The fourth part, actively explore the solution to the problem of the combination of rule of law education and moral education, from the external and internal factors to combine the two aspects of the problem to give countermeasures, mainly to improve the teaching work in colleges and universities; Strengthen the construction of university management, strengthen the construction of social environment and the self-improvement of college students' quality.
