【摘要】：研究生思想政治教育是高校研究生教育的重要组成部分,对大理大学硕士研究生思想政治教育状况开展调查研究,将有助于大理大学认识和把握研究生培养现状,增强大理大学硕士研究生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,确保大理大学人才培养的正确方向,保障大理大学研究生培养质量。随着大理大学硕士研究生规模逐年扩大,加强和改进硕士研究生思想政治教育,成为提升大理大学硕士研究生培养质量的重要环节,也是大理大学贯彻落实党管人才的重要举措。本课题立足于思想政治教育介体、环体、主体、客体四大要素,在对大理大学硕士研究生思想政治教育状况展开问卷调查的基础上,深入分析大理大学硕士研究生思想政治教育现状,总结取得的经验与成绩,查找存在的问题与不足,进而分析问题形成的影响因素,提出相应的解决对策。高校思想政治工作一直以来受到党和国家的高度重视和关心,在深化研究生教育改革和加强全国高校思想政治工作的背景下,对大理大学硕士研究生思想政治教育状况开展调查研究,具有一定的依据和研究价值,同时,这也是本课题研究的亮点所在。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of graduate students is an important part of graduate education in colleges and universities. The investigation and research on the status of ideological and political education of graduate students in Dali University will help Dali University to understand and grasp the present situation of graduate education. To strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the postgraduates of Dali University, to ensure the correct direction of the cultivation of talents in Dali University, and to guarantee the quality of the cultivation of postgraduates in Dali University. As the scale of graduate students in Dali University expands year by year, strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of postgraduates has become an important link in improving the quality of postgraduate training in Dali University. It is also an important measure for Dali University to carry out the Party's management of talents. This subject is based on the four elements of ideological and political education: intermediary, environment, subject and object, and on the basis of a questionnaire survey on the status of ideological and political education of postgraduates in Dali University. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education of postgraduates in Dali University, summarizes the experience and achievements, finds out the existing problems and deficiencies, and then analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of the problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The ideological and political work in colleges and universities has always been highly valued and concerned by the Party and the state. Under the background of deepening the reform of graduate education and strengthening the ideological and political work in colleges and universities throughout the country, The investigation and research on the ideological and political education of the postgraduates of Dali University has certain basis and research value, which is also the bright spot of this research.
