我国95后大学生社会责任感培养研究

【摘要】:习近平总书记曾指出:青年一代有理想、有担当,国家就有前途,民族就有希望,实现中华民族伟大复兴就有源源不断的强大力量。大学生是青年中的优秀分子,是推进社会发展的重要力量。伟大时代为大学生提供了广阔舞台,也对大学生赋予更高期待、提出了更高要求。95后大学生作为新生一代,他们本身具备着与其他人不一样的特点,他们更年轻、想法更活跃、更敢于接收新鲜事物,他们的主导思想是积极、健康、向上的。本文通过整理总结国内外重要研究成果,结合马克思主义关于个人与社会的关系学说、马克思主义关于自由和责任关系理论的学习,总结出大学生社会责任感的内涵,认为大学生的社会责任感除了包括对家庭、对他人、对集体、对社会、国家和人民的责任感以外,还包括了自我责任感,因为大学生已经成为社会的一个成员。通过对内蒙古四大高校95后大学生进行社会责任感现状调查结果表明,大学生社会责任感总体上表现为积极健康,充满正能量,但其社会责任认知程度和社会责任行为表现为有所欠缺,与社会责任情感表现没有达成统一。经分析发现,影响大学生社会责任感养成的主要原因有社会环境、学校环境、家庭教育、自身因素等四方面。为了培养95后大学生社会责任感提出对策,主要从全社会的共同努力出发,大力营建责任感培养的良好氛围,创新高校对95后大学生社会责任感培养的方式、发挥家庭教育的熏陶作用以及95后大学生应加强自身社会责任感养成等四个方面提出培养新一代大学生责任感培养的对策,为提高现代大学生社会责任感提供了一定的理论和实践基础。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that the young generation has ideals and responsibilities, the country has a future, the nation has hope, and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will have a continuous and powerful force. College students are outstanding elements in the youth and an important force to promote social development. The great era provides a broad stage for college students, and gives them higher expectations. They put forward higher requirements. The post-95 college students, as freshmen, have their own characteristics that are different from those of others. They are younger and more active. More dare to accept new things, their leading thinking is positive, healthy, upward. This paper sums up the connotation of college students' sense of social responsibility by summing up the important research results at home and abroad, combining the Marxist theory on the relationship between individual and society, and the study of Marxist theory on the relationship between freedom and responsibility. The author holds that the sense of social responsibility of college students includes not only the sense of responsibility towards family, others, collectives, society, country and people, but also the sense of self-responsibility, because college students have become a member of society. Through the investigation of the present situation of the social responsibility of the post-95 college students in four universities in Inner Mongolia, the results show that the social responsibility of the college students is generally positive and healthy, full of positive energy. However, its social responsibility cognition degree and social responsibility behavior are deficient, and it is not unified with social responsibility emotion performance. Through analysis, it is found that the main reasons of influencing college students' social responsibility are social environment, school environment, family education and self-factors. In order to cultivate the social responsibility of post-95 college students, the author puts forward some countermeasures, mainly based on the joint efforts of the whole society, and makes great efforts to build a good atmosphere for the cultivation of sense of responsibility, and sets a new high to proofread the ways of cultivating the sense of social responsibility of post-95 college students. Giving full play to the influence of family education and strengthening the cultivation of their own sense of social responsibility after 1995, the author puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the sense of responsibility of the new generation of college students. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for improving the sense of social responsibility of modern college students.
