教育供给侧改革背景下大学生资助资源的优化配置研究

【摘要】：随着高校"扩招"引起高等教育规模的变化,大学生资助资源供给不足,且区域、院校层次、经费结构三个层面存在配置差异,在一定程度上影响了高等教育的公平。文章基于教育供给侧改革背景,分析我国大学生资助资源配置现状,遵循优化配置原则,通过增加有效制度供给实现创新和结构优化,实现教育供给端的转型升级,进而建立"精准资助"工作机制,不断提高学生资助"精准度"。
[Abstract]:With the change of the scale of higher education caused by the "enrollment expansion" in colleges and universities, the supply of financial resources for college students is insufficient, and there are differences in the allocation of the three levels of regional, college and fund structure, which to a certain extent affect the fairness of higher education. Based on the background of educational supply-side reform, this paper analyzes the present situation of the allocation of college students' financial resources in China, follows the principle of optimal allocation, realizes innovation and structural optimization by increasing the supply of effective institutions, and realizes the transformation and upgrading of the supply side of education. And then establish the "precision funding" working mechanism, constantly improve the student funding "precision."
